Digital transformation onboard the cultural enterprise
Tackled several years worth of technical debt and secured security vulnerabilities. Documented and presented back the V&A's systems to the organisation.
Setup modern Git and CI workflows, then built a multi-disciplinary team that became confident enough to provide digital consultancy throughout the organisation. Within three months I was leading a modern digital team capable of building cultural tools for open access and ecommerce at scale, all whilst under consistent constraints.
